Kundalini
Not to be confused with the serpentine energy of the spine or goddess with the same name. There is a style related to the 3HO Organization (Healthy, Happy, Holy Organization) founded by Harbhajan Singh Khalsa aka Yogi Bhajan. Yogi Bhajan was an Indian-born-American yogi, spiritual teacher, and entrepreneur. He introduced his version of Kundalini Yoga to the United States and has since been disgraced and accused of making the practices up entirely. He was the spiritual director and founderof the 3HO Foundation, with over 300 centers in 35 countries.
